FloraNixena FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions About Flower Delivery, Orders, and Customer Service

FloraNixena answers the most common questions about flower delivery, orders, payments, and customer service. Here you’ll find clear, up-to-date information for purchasing and sending bouquets quickly and easily.

Flower delivery

How does flower and plant delivery work?

Place your order online, choose your date and time, and one of our staff will prepare the bouquet and deliver it directly to the recipient.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

We’ll do our best to guarantee your selected time slot. If you have any special needs, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

The courier will attempt to contact you by phone. If you don’t answer, we’ll leave a note and attempt another delivery. Deliveries are available up to a maximum of three times. After this limit, we’ll limit the bouquet to a maximum of three times, with no refunds available. The flowers will be donated to churches.

Can I make an anonymous flower delivery?

Yes, of course, you can send flowers and plants completely anonymously on the payment page, in the appropriate drop-down menu.

Orders and payments

How much does delivery cost?

For orders under €49.00, the delivery fee is €10.00, with an additional €4.90 on Sundays. Same-day delivery always incurs a €2.99 surcharge.
FREE delivery applies to orders of €49.00 or more, except on Sundays, where a €4.90 surcharge applies.
For REMOTE AREAS, the delivery service has a fixed cost of €17.90 in all cases, while on Sundays, a €4.90 surcharge applies.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, within 2 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are no longer possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, PayPal, and secure payment via Stripe.

Can I customize a bouquet?

Minor changes can be made by contacting us directly on WhatsApp. Additional fees may apply.

Are the flowers fresh?

Yes, they arrive every morning from our suppliers and are prepared fresh.

Can I add a personalized card?

Of course. You can write your message directly during checkout in the dedicated box called: TICKET

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, if you order by 4:00 PM. On Saturdays, order by 11:30 AM. Same-day deliveries are not available on Sundays, but only if ordered at least one day in advance.
