-> FloraNixena.it reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend or discontinue the sale of any product or service with or without notice.

Replacement Policy
-> During festivals, in case a gift item you ordered is out of stock, we will send you the option of an alternative product. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will proceed with sending the alternate item since we know you are sending it to your loved ones on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.
-> Since flower arrangements are handmade, there may be slight variation from the image shown. Occasionally, replacement of flowers is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
-> In the case of replacements, we will make sure to deliver the product as close as possible to the description/photo shown and will only replace items of equal or greater value.
Delivery policy
-> For standard hourly same day delivery, orders must be received before 13:00, Monday to Sunday.
-> The user acknowledges that the requested delivery times are not binding. The estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product delivered.

- Leave the bouquet/arrangement in a covered, secure area of the house (porch, garage or other entrance).
- Leave the bouquet/arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient’s door with this information.

Refund policy
